Link Arm with 3/8" Offset This Window Operator has a single top screw hole and two bottom screw holes which are 1-1/2 inches (35 millimeters) on center. The distance between the top and bottom screw holes is 5-1/16 inches (128.6 millimeters) on center. The 3/8 inch (9.5 millimeter) offset link arm is 2-5/8 inches (66.7 millimeters) long and the link end has a 3/8 inch (9.5 millimeter) hole. It fits on Anderson windows. When I went school here on Maple Ave. back in the 70's, Sears was a usual stop on the walk home. Back then the lettering on the building was red, and the first floor was all glass display windows that were decorated for Christmas like the big department stores in N.Y. Prior to that, each window had its own fabric awning. We would sometimes get our tree here and check out Santa Claus in the Outdoor Living Center.This Sears had a candy counter where I first discovered Swedish Fish and Berries.
The windows and the entrances on Main St., and Anderson St. have been closed up for years.
I still shop here occasionally, but judging by the amount of people I see, I think the entire building will be closed up soon.

How many droplets of blood does it to take to spell Anderson's! It's probabley a unanswerable question but meantime here's a view upon the underside of a old metal awning.

This econometric study covers the world outlook for residential aluminum awning window sash and frames excluding storm sash across more than 200 countries. For each year reported, estimates are given for the latent demand, or potential industry earnings (P.I.E.), for the country in question (in millions of U.S. dollars), the percent share the country is of the region and of the globe. These comparative benchmarks allow the reader to quickly gauge a country vis-a-vis others. Using econometric models which project fundamental economic dynamics within each country and across countries, latent demand estimates are created. This report does not discuss the specific players in the market serving the latent demand, nor specific details at the product level. The study also does not consider short-term cyclicalities that might affect realized sales. The study, therefore, is strategic in nature, taking an aggregate and long-run view, irrespective of the players or products involved. This study does not report actual sales data (which are simply unavailable, in a comparable or consistent manner in virtually all of the 230 countries of the world). This study gives, however, my estimates for the worldwide latent demand, or the P.I.E., for residential aluminum awning window sash and frames excluding storm sash.
